Physical activity is one of the best ways to promote healthy, active and safe aging. To help you, we started movement classes for people over 60, conducted by a physiotherapist and including customized exercises and activities. For results adapted to your needs, the physiotherapist makes an initial assessment and with the help of a range of scales and tests, risk factors are detected and goals defined.
