Processes at Clínica Lambert have been reorganized so that we can continue to guarantee an excellent service, with high quality and technical accuracy, so that we can continue to take care of your health.

We remain with the same strength and determination as always, having adapted our practices and infrastructures to the new reality that the country still lives due to the pandemic of COVID-19, following the recommendations of the competent entities:

• All members of our teams are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary for the performance of their duties;
• We guarantee the cleaning of all spaces and equipment several times a day;
• We’ve reorganized the waiting room layout, reducing the number of chairs and increasing the distance between them;
• Consultation times have been increased in order to prevent crowds.

These and other measures are part of a set of new standards, which aim to protect you and our employees.

When coming to the Clinic, we ask that you pay attention to the safety procedures and for your safety and the safety of others:

• Don’t bring a companion to the consultation (children and people with special needs are considered exceptions, and must be accompanied by only 1 person);
• Bring a mask;
• Be punctual. This way, we’ll avoid crowds
• Payment by Card is preferable. Avoid money as much as possible.

In the Clinic:

• The use of a mask is mandatory;
• At arrival, disinfect your hands with the provided liquid and keep on repeating this gesture along with your stay (disinfectant gel be available at various locations in the clinic);
• Respect the recommended safety distances during your visit;

  With your help, the implementation of all these protection measures, your consultations, treatments, and exams will take place safely and as normal as possible. With everyone’s effort, we will be able to overcome these challenges and return to the long-awaited normality.
