Psychotherapy can be perceived as a personal inner journey of someone with a past, a present, and a future. It’s a technical process that, in a structured way, challenges the person to explore their positive and negative emotions and to understand how these relate to thought and behaviour.
It is a process that will enable a person to live better with him/herself, with his or her life story and with the challenges herein.
In fact, the aim is that the person ends up equipped with tools that allow him/her to start living a new present while creating a more conscious future.
“Over 10 years of performing as psychotherapist, I did several trainings in the clinical field. I adopt an eclectic and integrative approach. However, I do favour in my practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, the EMDR and Sports Coaching.”
